Jarol Baumann, PT
CLINIC DIRECTOR
Jarol has been practicing in the field of physical therapy since 1993 after receiving her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Women’s University. She has pursued many courses in advanced orthopedic and manual therapy techniques and is board certified as an orthopedic clinical specialist. She has been involved in gymnastics for over 20 years with her two daughters cumulatively achieving US National Team, JO National champion, World Champion, Olympic Trials Qualifier, and full ride scholarships to University of Georgia and University of Florida. With a full understanding of the sport, she is able to communicate with coaches or USA National team staff throughout the rehab processes.

Jacquelyn Garces, PT, DPT
Jacquelyn found passion for physical therapy during her 25-year career as a competitive figure skater in Northern California. Following her coaching career, she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and is a certified RockTape practioner. She is a double Gold Medalist in Moves in the Field and Freeskate and is looking forward to working with athletes of all kinds.

Chloe Bibler, PT, DPT
Chloe brings 17 years of experience in artistic gymnastics and tumbling & trampoline to her role as a physical therapist. With experience as a USAG-certified Tumbling & Trampoline judge, she possesses a deep understanding of movement mechanics and the demands of competitive gymnastics. Chloe earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. She is passionate about helping athletes recover from injuries, enhance performance, and return to their sport stronger than ever.

Ashlyn Broussard, CPT
Ashlyn is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has extensive personal experience in strength and conditioning and the sports industry. She has a background in gymnastics, having competed for over 15 years and receiving a full college scholarship to the University of Georgia for gymnastics. Her personal knowledge in gymnastics and NCAA athletics is invaluable for rehabilitation and progression in young athletes.

Melanie Diko, LMT
In 2022 Melanie became a Licensed Massage Therapist after needing a career change as a Catering Sales Manager. She really enjoys being part of her clients healing process. She is also a former athlete and has played Tennis since the age of 5 years old and competed Nationally and Internationally since she was 10. Her modalities include: Swedish, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue and Lymphatic Drainage.

Kelsey Loppatto, CSCS
Kelsey is a former collegiate cheerleader from the University of Louisville, where she was a member of the Louisville All-Girl team and won 4 national championships. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a Minor in Sports Administration, and is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Health and Human Performance. Kelsey is CSCS certified, and specializes in sports performance, strength training, and flexibility training. Her extensive background as a competitive gymnast and cheerleader further enhances her expertise in these areas.

Lauren Davis
Lauren is a professional dancer, dance and Pilates teacher with a BFA in Commercial Dance from HCLA, and is certified in Fletcher Pilates. She is trained in all classical and commercial styles of dance, as well as acting for stage and film/television. Having danced for 22 years and studied the body, she has developed a deep understanding of what it means to be an athlete, how to manage injuries, and how to create career longevity. Lauren enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise as a pro athlete with her students and patients. She is the dance captain for the State Fair of Texas, and was an IFL cheerleader for two seasons. Some of her performing career credits include Mary Kay Summer Seminar, Apple Inc., Choctaw Casinos & Resorts, CBS’s Star Trek Discovery, TEDx, Edinburgh Fringe festival, Los Angeles Dance Fest, The Dallas Zoo, and more. Currently, Lauren teaches Pilates, hip hop, ballet, jazz, lyrical, and acro throughout the DFW area to both kids and adults, while continuing to perform live and on film/television as a dancer and freelance artist.

Ava Henry
Ava developed a passion for physical therapy while training in a pre-professional ballet program. She developed a deep understanding of body mechanics and sports performance while rehabbing various chronic injuries of her own. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, with the intention to pursue physical therapy as a career. In addition to her studies, Ava teaches classical ballet, combining her passion for dance with her commitment to helping others. Working as a physical therapy technician has provided her the opportunity to support patients in improving their quality of life and assist athletes in reaching their performance goals.

Rocco Falabella
Rocco is a former President of the Texas Tech Men’s Soccer Club. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology with a Minor in Sports Management and is currently pursuing a career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Rocco is a certified Flexologist and specializes in sports performance as he understands the demands of an athlete. Rocco also trains young soccer players to help them reach their goal of becoming a professional. Off the field, he is a sports fanatic, following any Philadelphia team as well as keeping up with any recent news or trends in the sports world. Working with the clinic has given him the opportunity to help athletes continue their passion.

James Ballard, LMT
In 2025 James became a Licensed Massage Therapist. After a decade in the corporate world, James traded spreadsheets for massage tables and hasn’t looked back. Originally from California and now happily settled in Dallas, he brings warmth, care, and a genuine passion for helping people feel their best. Known for his friendly, kind demeanor, James creates a welcoming space where clients can relax, restore, and recharge. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him hanging out with his two four-legged companions: Barry the cat and Blue the dog.

Pang Hawkins, LMT
Pang is a licensed massage therapist with over 10 years of hands-on experience. She specializes in Traditional Thai Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Cupping, and Hot Stone Massage. Her passion lies in helping others feel better in their bodies, whether that means relieving chronic pain, reducing stress, or simply offering a space to relax and recharge. Her journey into massage therapy began with a deep appreciation for holistic healing and traditional wellness practices from my Thai roots. Outside of her practice, she’s a proud mom who loves cooking, traveling, exercising, listening to audio books, and spending time with her family and our 4 pets. She believes that healing comes not only from skilled hands but also from a caring heart—and that’s what she strives to bring into every session.
