Jarol Baumann, PT
CLINIC DIRECTOR
Jarol has been practicing in the field of physical therapy since 1993 after receiving her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Women’s University. She has pursued many courses in advanced orthopedic and manual therapy techniques and is board certified as an orthopedic clinical specialist. She has been involved in gymnastics for over 20 years with her two daughters cumulatively achieving US National Team, JO National champion, World Champion, Olympic Trials Qualifier, and full ride scholarships to University of Georgia and University of Florida. With a full understanding of the sport, she is able to communicate with coaches or USA National team staff throughout the rehab processes.

Chloe Bibler PT, DPT
Chloe brings 17 years of experience in artistic gymnastics and tumbling & trampoline to her role as a physical therapist. With experience as a USAG-certified Tumbling & Trampoline judge, she possesses a deep understanding of movement mechanics and the demands of competitive gymnastics. Chloe earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. She is passionate about helping athletes recover from injuries, enhance performance, and return to their sport stronger than ever.

Ashlyn Broussard, CPT
Ashlyn is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has extensive personal experience in strength and conditioning and the sports industry. She has a background in gymnastics, having competed for over 15 years and receiving a full college scholarship to the University of Georgia for gymnastics. Her personal knowledge in gymnastics and NCAA athletics is invaluable for rehabilitation and progression in young athletes.

Lauren Davis
Lauren is a professional dancer, dance and Pilates teacher with a BFA in Commercial Dance from HCLA, and is certified in Fletcher Pilates. She is trained in all classical and commercial styles of dance, as well as acting for stage and film/television. Having danced for 22 years and studied the body, she has developed a deep understanding of what it means to be an athlete, how to manage injuries, and how to create career longevity. Lauren enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise as a pro athlete with her students and patients.

Ava Henry
Ava developed a passion for physical therapy while training in a pre-professional ballet program. She developed a deep understanding of body mechanics and sports performance while rehabbing various chronic injuries of her own. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, with the intention to pursue physical therapy as a career. In addition to her studies, Ava teaches classical ballet, combining her passion for dance with her commitment to helping others. Working as a physical therapy technician has provided her the opportunity to support patients in improving their quality of life and assist athletes in reaching their performance goals.

James Ballard, LMT
In 2025 James became a Licensed Massage Therapist. After a decade in the corporate world, James traded spreadsheets for massage tables and hasn’t looked back. Originally from California and now happily settled in Dallas, he brings warmth, care, and a genuine passion for helping people feel their best. Known for his friendly, kind demeanor, James creates a welcoming space where clients can relax, restore, and recharge. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him hanging out with his two four-legged companions: Barry the cat and Blue the dog.

Brandon Simmons, LMT
Brandon is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in athletic performance and recovery, shaped by his background as a high school basketball player and track athlete. He continued his education at Parker University, where he developed advanced skills in bodywork and sports therapy. Through his work, he had the opportunity to assist a wide range of high-level athletes, including Dallas Stars alumni, NFL Combine athletes, and Dallas Marathon runners. His approach combines clinical knowledge with firsthand athletic experience to help clients improve performance, recover faster, and stay at their best.

Angus McWilliam, CPT
Angus is a former collegiate and professional basketball player with experience competing at TCU and UC Riverside before continuing his career professionally in Australia, Canada, and Oklahoma City. After navigating multiple injuries throughout his playing career and learning he has a connective tissue disorder, Angus developed a strong interest in biomechanics, rehabilitation, and helping others move and perform at their best. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is currently pursuing his Performance Enhancement Specialization while completing prerequisites for the Doctor of Physical Therapy track. At Associates Physical Therapy, Angus works with athletes and active individuals of all ages, helping them build confidence in their movement, improve performance, and stay healthy.

Jaclyn Johnson, LMT
Originally from Charleston, Mississippi, Jaclyn spent many years in Starkville, MS before relocating to Texas. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 8 years of experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Mississippi State University. A highlight of Jaclyn’s career was working as a Sports Massage Therapist with Mississippi State University Athletics, where she supported collegiate athletes with recovery, mobility, and performance. Jaclyn specializes in therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, assisted stretching, and recovery-focused care. She is passionate about helping clients move better, feel better, and achieve their wellness goals through personalized, quality care.

Reagan Proctor
Reagan graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. Her passion for movement and physical performance began through her background in dance. She competed on the Dance Dynamics World Team, where she won two World Championships, and previously served as captain of her high school drill team. These experiences helped shape her appreciation for discipline, teamwork, leadership, and the important role movement plays in both physical and mental well-being. While at Texas A&M, Reagan was an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta, where she served as Songfest Chair and led fundraising efforts that raised more than $25,000 for the chapter’s philanthropy. She was also involved in the Texas A&M Physical Therapy Society, serving as Director of Media and gaining valuable exposure to the field of physical therapy. Reagan is passionate about helping others reach their goals and believes movement can play a powerful role in improving quality of life. She is excited to combine her background in kinesiology, psychology, and athletics to provide compassionate, individualized care and help patients return to the activities they love.
