We blend physical therapy expertise with performance training.
Train Smarter.
Perform Better.
Stay Ahead.
Our Sports Performance program is designed to help athletes excel in their sport while reducing the risk of injury.
Whether you're in-season, off-season, or returning from injury, we create a structured, individualized plan to help you perform at your highest level.
Movement & Performance Assessment
Your first visit begins with a comprehensive assessment of your movement, strength, flexibility, and how your body responds under physical stress. Based on this evaluation, you will leave with a detailed report.
Our Approach
-

Strength & Power Development
After your assessment, we build a strength and power program tailored to your sport and goals. This phase focuses on improving force production, stability, and control so your strength translates directly to performance. Training may include sport-specific lifts, resisted drills, core stability work, and progressive loading designed to challenge you safely and effectively.
-

Prehab & Injury Prevention
We proactively address weaknesses before they become injuries. Through corrective exercises, balance training, joint-specific strengthening, and neuromuscular control work, we improve movement efficiency and durability. This approach helps reduce injury risk while supporting long-term performance.
-

Mobility & Flexibility Training
Mobility is essential for efficient, pain-free movement. We incorporate assisted stretching, dynamic drills, and soft tissue techniques to improve range of motion and reduce compensations. Better mobility enhances technique, supports recovery, and keeps you moving at your best.
-

Recovery & Performance Optimization
Recovery is intentionally built into your program. Depending on your needs, we may include soft tissue work, recovery modalities, load management guidance, and return-to-play progression. This balance ensures you train hard, recover well, and stay ready for competition.
Built Around You
Not every session looks the same. Some days may focus heavily on strength, while others emphasize recovery or mobility.
Your program may include one component or a strategic combination, depending on what your body needs that day to meet your goals.
